Covid 19 Update

As we are all well aware Covid-19 is causing unprecedented disruption across the globe. It’s hard to navigate the unknown , but it goes without saying that the saftey of our customers, employees and local communities is paramount, so our UK factory and logisitics facilities have taken steps to enusure that extra hygiene and cleanliness standards are adhered to.

we are currently operating a normal shipping timeline across the UK and Europe with an extended 30 day returns policy, but if you have any concerns then please email [email protected]

At the moment, our online store ships within the European Union (EU), United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, the USA, Canada and selected countries in Asia.

If you live elsewhere and wish to purchase our products, please send us an email to [email protected] Once your order has been placed, it will be processed within two business days. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please note that due to dangerous goods regulations we are only able to ship our beds and mattresses by road service, and cannot be sent via air express. We are therefore unable to ship this product outside of mainland Europe.


If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us and we will refund you the amount paid for the purchased item less any deductions which may be applicable. If you are unsure about the type of material or fabric you’d like on your bed or headboard we offer a free fabric swatch service which we recommend you use prior to placing your order.

Returns must be declared to us within 7 days of the purchase date and items must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging.

Due to health and safety reasons and for hygiene purposes we are unable to accept back any mattresses that have been removed from the original packaging.

Once we have received any returned items and checked them we will refund your money as per the terms and conditions set out on the website.
