DO DIVAN BEDS HAVE STORAGE?

Our beds have multiple storage options. On each product page, you can check whether the divan bed has an option for extra storage space.

WHAT STYLE DIVAN BASES ARE AVAILABLE?

Depending on the product we can offer additional storage space in your divan base. These include an additional 2 drawers to an end opening ottoman with gas lift arms. Please check the individual product pages to find more information about base options for your bed.

DO DIVAN BEDS COME WITH A MATTRESS?

Not all of our divans come with the mattress included. Please check the individual product pages, each of our products will state whether additional accessories are included.

WHAT SIZE DIVAN BASE SHOULD I GET?

This depends on your personal preferences. We recommend the smaller sizes for children to petite adults and the larger sizes are more suited to tall people and couples.

DO DIVAN BEDS TAKE UP LOTS OF SPACE?

Divan beds take up the same amount of space as other bed bases. Please look at the dimensions of the base to get an idea of how much room the bed will take up in your room.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

All of our mattresses, divans and headboards are made to order and are delivered to you within 2-8 working days. Please check against our website as some postcodes require additional delivery time. Please contact us if you have a concern about your delivery.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

All of our mattresses, divans and headboards take 2-8 working days for products to be shipped in the UK. However, please check against our website as some postcodes require additional delivery time.

WHAT IS THE COST FOR SHIPPING?

No, we offer a complimentary free delivery service (Monday - Friday) on all our goods to Mainland UK only.
Returns

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, within the first 7 days you can return it to us and we will refund you the amount paid for the purchased item less any deductions which may be applicable.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

Once we have received any returned items and checked them we will refund your money as per the terms and conditions set out on the website.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS BROKEN UPON ARRIVAL?

Our delivery service will make sure this does not happen, however in the unlikely circumstance that this does happen if your product is broken upon arrival you can return it to us and we will refund you the amount paid for the purchased item less any deductions which may be applicable.
