How long will my delivery take?

All our mattresses, divans and headboards are made to order and are delivered to you within 2-10 Working days, however, the following postcodes require an additional 7 working days for delivery: EX, TA, TR, TQ, PL, IV, AB, DD, PH, KW.

As soon as the production has been completed of your item, we will contact you to book a suitable delivery date, should you have a special requirement for a specific day then please mention this in the “Comments” section at the checkout.

We will never dispatch your goods unless we have confirmed the delivery date with you, so no need to worry about us turning up unannounced.

Do you charge for deliveries?

No, we offer a complimentary free delivery service (Monday – Friday) on all our goods to Mainland UK only.

Once your order has been booked in for a delivery date, our transport team will contact you directly the day before to narrow down the time to either an AM or PM slot, our delivery drivers will also call you on the day before their arrival. Please note: delivery times can be delayed subject to traffic/weather issues but we will always try our utmost to keep you fully updated throughout the day.
